FILTER_SANITIZE_SPECIAL_CHARS	HTML-escape '"<>& and characters with ASCII value less than 32
FILTER_SANITIZE_EMAIL	Remove all characters, except letters, digits and !#$%&'*+-/=?^_`{\|}~@.[]
